Now here is a more difficult exercise.
The following Apostolic Constitution of Pope Benedict XII

may or may not contain an exercise of papal infallibility.
Theologians are not in agreement,
and the Magsterium has not stated whether or not it falls under
papal infallibility. Of course, a subsequent statement from the
Magisterium is not needed and is not one of the requirements for
an infallible papal statement.

Say whether or not you think the document's teaching falls under
papal infallibility; if you think it does, list the five criteria; if you
think it is not, say which criteria were not met. Also state what
exactly is being taught infallibly.
