I think I would conclude that the dates and times of these events cannot be known with any certainty, unless they are revealed to a particular person through a true private revelation.

That is for sure because all (without exception) verses in holy scripture talking about future are riddled with extreme ambiguity, whereby it can be understood in many ways depending on the personal interpretation of the reader/theologian.
