Default Prayers Needed

Hello everyone. I'm sorry I haven't been on the site much lately, but I'm afraid I need your prayers. I fell last week and broke my hip. I had surgery to repair it and am at home now recovering. Even so, the worst is not over as I do not have health insurance and I don't know how we're going to pay for it. Please pray that I heal quickly and that Our Lord will provide. Jesus I Trust In You!

I will pray for you too. Ask for a reduction from each entity and pay what you can afford over time. Unfortunately, most will reduce the amount owed if paid quick in lump sum.

Default I will pray for you

Julie. I will pray for you. Ask God to help you and trust that He will. Perhaps make some offering which is slightly beyond what you would find comfortable ( not money, obviously, but some promise to perform charitable work etc).

May God guide and assist you in a manner most beneficial to your soul and circumstances....

I will keep you in my prayers ans daily masses and offer my communions for you also. I will include you in prayer groups I am part of.
From my experience and I know it can seem hard, especially at first, but try to thank God for the cross you are now carrying and offer it up to Jesus for him to take up on the cross with his own offering of Himself to the Father for our salvation. Jesus will use your offering for your good and ,more importantly, for the great good of many other souls, both spiritually and temporally. Souls may well be saved due to such an offering and could often be with even much smaller offerings eg. fasting. God allows crosses as learning opportunities to advance in holiness. How much progress we achieve through them depends upon how we embrace them. You will notice that they invariably encourage thoughts to turn to more prayer. That is no coincidence.
God works in mysterious ways but we need eyes to see and ears to hear. The more little and humble we become and less prideful or arrogant or selfish, the better we see and hear. It is all in the New Testament. Don't take my word for it.

Jesus will turn your offering into great good - for you too!
Don't just say "Jesus, I trust in you" but really mean it.

God bless
