Default Lebanon latest and Pope's Sept 2012 visit

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-18049511
two killed in sectarian clashes in Lebanon.
grave danger of Syrian unrest spilling over border into Lebanon

if Pope is still alive to be able to make this trip, it is ill-advised

There's no way the Pope is going there in September.

The start of the tribulation is close. I think that, as soon as Iran gets nuclear weapons, things will develop quickly. This could happen within the next couple of months: June or July. I think that they will nuke NYC this summer (June, July, or August).

It is a strange feeling living about 19 miles from NYC's Penn Station with this kind of talk about this summer and wondering if and how I will see September. I ask all members to pray that this prediction does not come to pass at all or for some time.

Default Syria unrest fuels Lebanon violence fears

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-18215174

The bloodshed in Syria has spilled over the border into neighbouring Lebanon, fuelling fears of a return to sectarian violence seen in the past.

Default Syria crisis: Lebanese detention highlights faultlines

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-19200058

"Current Prime Minister Najib Miqati was quoted as saying that the detention was security-related but had nothing to do either with the locally-controversial international tribunal on the Hariri assassination, or the possibility of his being an Israeli agent."

Default Is Pope's Sept. visit going ahead?

Does anyone have any info. about the Pope's scheduled Sept. visit to Lebanon?
Has it been cancelled?
Has the normal detailed forward planning for it been happening?

Let us pray the trip is abandoned.
