There are different degrees of merit in Heaven, but everyone is entirely happy. The question of what the glorified body will be like is rather speculative. My opinion is that the glorified body will be without any imperfection or flaw in all cases. But for the persons who earned the greatest merits in their life, body and soul will be in some way greater.

It is not the state of your body or soul at any point in life. It is the whole lifetime of service to God and neighbor that is rewarded in Heaven and at the general Resurrection.
