No, the Warning is not the Second Pentecost. That idea is from false private revelation. The Second Pentecost occurs in the distant future, after Christ's Return, after the First Resurrection, after Christ's Second Ascension. Just as with the First Pentecost, the Second occurs after a Resurrection and Ascension. The difference is that the Second Pentecost is over the whole world, not just the nascent Church.
