The Magisterium can only teach from Tradition and Scripture, not from private revelation to Saints. My theological opinion is that this truth is implicit in Scripture and Tradition. But the idea requires futher consideration by the faithful and by theologians, priests, and bishops before the Magisterium would perhaps teach this idea, first under the ordinary non-infallible Magisterium. It usually takes a long time for ideas like this to be considered and perhaps taught. Definitive decisions of doctrine require even more consideration.
