Default Psalter

I just came across St. Bonaventure's Psalter of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Is this approved by the Church? Is it efficacious?

If prayed, should it be done in one day, or over time?

Are there any rules governing praying the Psalter?

Thanks in advance.

Prayers do not need to be approved by the Church. However, it authorship by a Saint and its long usage in the Church are a type of informal approval.

It is prayers to Mary based on themes in the Psalms. Any sincere prayer to Mary is effective. Any sincere prayer based on Scripture is effective.

No rules. Doesn't matter how it is prayed.
