![]() Christopher West's version of the Theology of the Body is heretical, blasphemous, and pornographic.
He has transformed the spousal analogy, whereby Christ is the Groom and the Church is the Bride, into a sexual analogy, whereby the marital sexual act supposedly reveals everything about the faith. The result is sexual idolatry in place of Christianity. https://ronconte.wordpress.com/2018/...of-the-gospel/ http://catechism.cc/articles/David-S...opher-West.htm

![]() I'm recommending your book "The Catholic Marriage Bed" and its companion "Roman Catholic Marital Sexual Ethics" to everyone as some of the antidotes for such heretic teachings. Unfortunately, West and Popcak's books are being popularized by many and some sincere/good will people who are seeking to know the truth can fall into the false teachings of these books. West uses of the name of Saint JP2 and his theology of the body lectures which can be used as a bait for many to think that his books are real Catholic teachings in sexual ethics.

![]() This exact problem is mentioned in the book of Revelation.
{2:6} But this you have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. The Nicolaitans preached and practiced utter sexual promiscuity, on the basis of a false claim that they obtained that doctrine from one of the first Deacons, Nicolas. Similarly, the popular theology of the body teachers preach utter sexual immorality in marriage on the basis of a false claim that they obtained that doctrine from JP2. I know that, in the distant future, the false religion of the Antichrist will incorporate approval for grave sexual sins, as if these were part of worship and holiness. So what we see today is the "spirit of the antichrist", meaning attitudes and behaviors that prepare his way.
