I have had this on my iPhone for a few months now, or what appears to be your version based on the link you provided. I had no idea this was CPDV!
On another note, I also sent you a .epub version, as Kindle format is only for Amazon's format, while epub is supported on any platform. (I have a B&N Nook) thanks Ron! -jay
