Default Persecution of Bible publishers

"A Michigan man is seeking $70 million from two Christian publishers for emotional distress and mental instability he received during the past 20 years from versions of the Bible that refer to homosexuality as a sin."
http://www.newsmax.com/insidecover/m...10/111626.html

The verses in question and my translation of them:
[1 Cor]
{6:9} Do you not know that the iniquitous will not possess the kingdom of God? Do not choose to wander astray. For neither fornicators, nor servants of idolatry, nor adulterers,
{6:10} nor the effeminate [molles], nor males who sleep with males [masculorum concubitores], nor thieves, nor the avaricious, nor the inebriated, nor slanderers, nor the rapacious shall possess the kingdom of God.

This news story is about a homosexual Anglican 'bishop' and a protestor:

Other Bible verses that condemn homosexuality:
[Revelation]
{22:14} Blessed are those who wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb. So may they have a right to the tree of life; so may they enter through the gates into the City.
{22:15} Outside are dogs, and drug users, and homosexuals [impudici], and murderers, and those who serve idols, and all who love and do what is false.

The story of Lot in Genesis 19

[Leviticus]
{18:22} Cum masculo non commiscearis coitu femineo, quia abominatio est.
{18:22} You shall not commit sexual acts with a male, in place of sexual intercourse with a female, for this is an abomination.

In Leviticus, there are teachings of the moral law, which do not change, such as the condemnation of intrinsically evil sexual acts. Then there are practices, i.e. discipline or rules, which are changeable, such as the prohibition against certain kinds of foods.

The Jews abstained from certain foods as a living parable, whose meaning is still in force today, namely, to discern good from evil, and to avoid evil.

The teachings of the moral law are unchangeable.

The term effeminate in the Bible can be interpreted as referring to those with a homosexual orientation.

[Proverbs]
{18:8} Verba bilinguis, quasi simplicia: et ipsa perveniunt usque ad interiora ventris. Pigrum deiicit timor: animę autem effeminatorum esurient.
{18:8} The words of the double-tongued seem simple. And they reach even to the interior of the gut. Fear casts down the lazy, but the souls of the effeminate shall go hungry.

[Hosea]
{4:14} Non visitabo super filias vestras cum fuerint fornicatę, et super sponsas vestras cum adulteraverint: quoniam ipsi cum meretricibus conversabantur, et cum effeminatis sacrificabant, et populus non intelligens vapulabit.
{4:14} I will not send afflictions on your daughters, when they will commit fornication, nor on your spouses, when they will commit adultery, because you yourselves have associated with harlots and have offered sacrifice with the effeminate, and because the people who do not understand will be defeated.

[Isaiah]
{3:4} Et dabo pueros principes eorum, et effeminati dominabuntur eis.
{3:4} And I will provide children as their leaders, and the effeminate will rule over them.

{3:5} Et irruet populus, vir ad virum, et unusquisque ad proximum suum: tumultuabitur puer contra senem, et ignobilis contra nobilem.
{3:5} And the people will rush, man against man, and each one against his neighbor. The child shall rebel against the elder, and the ignoble against the noble.
