Default Pope Francis rejects hostile groups.

The Pope also reprimands hypocrisy.

Quote:
Francis told envoys they may have reservations about papal policy but they don't represent themselves and can't "criticize the pope behind his back, have blogs or join groups hostile to him."

Yes, this reprimand is directly aimed at envoys, but notice that he tells them that they can't "join groups hostile to him". So this is also a rejection to any of those groups.

Default

"joining" would include signing documents that criticize the Pope.
