Default I think the # 8 is interesting

This might be stupid but I dont care:

I reading a fascintating novel/epic poem. It challenges one's views of time and eternity and even history itself. It might just be the greatest American fiction book ever written (even better than Moby Dick). Well the author does a huge play on the number 8. It got me thinking maybe the # 8 is special in some way:

8

Place your finger on a # 8 and trace it repeatedly. Notice in a sense this number has no beginning point nor ending point. So I think it could be used as a symbol of God who is Eternity.

Now where the two circles meet in middle place or draw a Cross and make the center of the cross meet where the two circles meet. This could be a symbol of Christ who is both Eternity and human.

Is not the number 8 sideways already a sign of eternity? I think it is a sign of infinity, which is pretty much the same.

actually I was thinking the number 8 sideways is a nice symobol of the First Heaven and New Heaven. the two circles could be a symbol of the "container" which Heaven is and the middle point where the lines meet could symbolize the General Judgment where all souls are reunited to their bodies

No, that's fantastic that you came up with that on your own. You have great insight and obviously you are very creative as well. Besides, some of the stuff you mentioned is very novel and made me think of other things as well. Thank you.
