Default Garden of Eden

Last night I was trying to figure out how long Adam and Eve lived in the Garden of Eden, because someone was criticizing an allusion I made to Adam in the GM book. So far this is what I have come up with:

{5:2} He created them, male and female; and he blessed them. And he called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
{5:3} Then Adam lived for one hundred and thirty years. And then he conceived a son in his own image and likeness, and he called his name Seth.
{5:4} And after he conceived Seth, the days of Adam that passed were eight hundred years. And he conceived sons and daughters.

So Adam from the time he was created to the time Seth was conceived was 130 years.

So Adam and Eve's stay in Eden was less than 130 years for sure, since Seth was born after the expulsion.

Before Seth was born Cain and Abel were conceived. This is where I get lost. It seems that Cain and Abel were adults when the murder occured. Maybe 25 years??? And Seth probably would not have been conceived immediately after the murder so that puts the stay in Eden under 100 years to me.

Past that I am lost. Any thoughts or insights?

Nicholas
