Default Limits on Discussion

The purpose of this discussion group is to discuss the Catholic faith and to learn the faith ever better.

To that end, I am limiting discussion on political topics. Also, as moderator of this group, I will occasionally remove posts, close threads, or impose additional limits on the range of topics, as I see fit.

For the time being, please refrain from posting on any political topics, including President Obama and the HHS Mandate. Unfortunately, post on this topic tend to turn into political rants, rather than insightful discussion of Catholic ethics.

thanks,

Default That's a shame

I believe that religion and politics for all of history are very intertwined and affect one another. ...but this is your site and i will do my best to resist political discussions , even though you bait us in your political comments, such as Hillary as POTUS, arabic countries uprising, wars, etc... all of this is politics...I believe this is a very fine line, and many will probably unintentionally cross it...

Anyway, Happy New year..

Default no problem here

I can limit myself on politics since I have other outlets to tie religion and politics and express
my views on Obama and his morality

I meant politics specifically: politicians, candidates, elections, policies, etc. We can still discuss eschatology, including wars and possible future events.
